Sam joined Harrison Drury in summer 2023. He provides full-spectrum property advice to banks, PLCs, SMEs and investors. Instructions range from development work, estate management (landlord/tenant), funding/refinances, corporate support, and disposals/acquisitions.

He also has extensive experience dealing with large scale ground mount solar PV and battery storage renewable energy development schemes, from having worked in-house with a developer over a number of years.

Outside of work you can find me…

Sam is a keen walker, badminton player, and enjoys a good pint of real ale! He spends his free time with family and friends, and on adventures with his two small children.
