OperationsFiona is Harrison Drury’s Risk & Compliance Manager. No two days are the same in this role and can involve providing support to fee earners on technical compliance points, training on new SRA requirements, complaints handling and more.
Fiona is known for her level headedness and approachability, both necessary in this role, and has built up a strong relationship both with staff and external contacts alike. Her aim is to show everyone that Compliance doesn’t have to be scary!
Qualifying in 2017 Fiona’s previous fee earning experience over various areas has allowed an understanding from a different perspective of how best to support Harrison Drury staff.
Outside of work you can find me…
In her spare time, Fiona spends a lot of time in the Lake District with her young family and wild dog.
As an avid Formula One fan Fiona is trying to tick off visiting all the races around the world!
