We undertake project work such as complex investigations in relation to disciplinary and grievance cases which require a forensic approach, or where our client is unable for whatever reason to undertake the work themselves. This work is led by HR Consultant Helen Russell.

Our focus is on ensuring such work is demonstrably objective to withstand scrutiny at an Employment Tribunal, whilst distancing the issue at hand from the day-to-day running of our client’s business as much as possible where relationships have broken down.
