She also builds close working relationships with her clients enabling her to deliver advice with their long-term objectives in mind.

Helen has an excellent grasp of Court procedure, superb organisational skills, a close eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to litigation.   • Intellectual property disputes;
  • Shareholder disputes, including unfair prejudice petitions and just and equitable winding up petitions;

  • Claims in defamation or malicious falsehood;
  • Contract disputes, including those relating to the acquisition of businesses such as asset purchase and share purchase agreements;
  • Professional negligence;
  • Disputes relating to fraud.
