Nicola heads Harrison Drury’s Commercial Property team and joined Harrison Drury in May 2015.

Nicola has over 17 years of experience in advising on all aspects of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties and estates, secured finance, Landlord & Tenants matters, SIPP transfers as well as corporate support work. Nicola also has experience of dealing with disposal and acquisition of agricultural land and buildings, entering into and the determination of agricultural tenancies, the grant and surrender of easements, and development agreements, including clawback and option agreements, and statutory agreements.

Nicola acts for a wide range of clients including companies, individuals, landed estates, investors, developers, financial institutions, charitable organisations and trusts.

Nicola takes the time to get to know her clients, many of whom are longstanding, gaining a deep understanding of their business and the sector they operate in. By doing so she is able to provide commercially focused, tailored advice with her client’s goals and business at the forefront.

Outside of work you can find me…

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her young family and keeping fit with walks in the countryside at the weekends. Nicola also has a keen interest in cooking and travelling.
