Land & Property Dispute ResolutionRos is an experienced litigator with expertise in a wide range of landlord and tenant matters, including: dilapidations; lease renewals; break clauses, rent arrears recovery; possession claims; forfeiture; applications for consent and rent review. She also has experience in rights of light, rights of way (both public and private) and other easements, party wall matters and dealing with insolvency and advising landlords and insolvency practitioners in those situations.
She acts for a range of clients, from large property companies, to retail occupiers, to individuals.
Ros has extensive experience at County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Privy Council level both at trial and in relation to interim applications and experience at mediations and settlement meetings.
Ros is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Outside of work you can find me…
Ros spends her weekends with her young family and loves walking in the fells, yoga, playing badminton and reading.
