Emma Panchal

Senior Associate Solicitor

Divorce & Family Law

Emma is a Senior Associate specialising in all aspects of family law. She has a wealth of experience in divorce and financial related matters together with pre and post nuptial agreements. Her experience extends to high-net-worth clients, those in cohabiting relationships and situations where injunctions are necessary. She has a strong focus on considering the welfare of children and is able to advise and assist with residence and contact disputes. Her work also includes cases with complex jurisdictional issues.

Her clients value her extensive knowledge and experience combined with great care and empathy. Emma is proactive, constructive and resolution focused and seeks to resolve matters on a conciliatory basis where possible but is able to take a strategic and robust approach to pursuing litigation through the courts where necessary.

Emma joined Harrison Drury in 2023 after ten successful years at Coupe Bradbury Solicitors. She prices herself in offering the best service to her clients and supports her clients holistically, helping to navigate them through difficult situations.

Outside of work you can find me…

Away from the office, Emma is a gym and strength training enthusiast and takes a holistic approach to nutrition and health. She enjoys travelling and where time allows, improving on her musical skills.
