Land & Property Dispute Resolution

Luke joined Harrison Drury in 2023, having trained and subsequently practised at some of the largest international and national law firms in the UK. During his qualification years, Luke has developed expertise across a wide range of Landlord and Tenant matters within the private and public sectors, advising on issues such as lease renewals, non-payment of rent and service charge, forfeiture and the enforceability of positive and restrictive covenants.

He also possesses experience within the telecommunications sector, having focused upon securing rights to survey and build upon land for various operators in the UK under the Electronic Communications Code.

Luke also has experience of advising on disputes associated with agricultural land and securing possession of land from trespassers/persons unknown, advising upon various easements and providing his interpretation of option/development agreements.

Luke’s acts for clients within the hospitality/leisure and retail sectors. He also routinely acts for property developers across the UK.

Outside of work you can find me…

In his spare time, Luke follows his football club, Blackburn Rovers, home and away. Along with spending time with family and friends, he is also a keen runner and will hack around a golf course when he can muster up the courage.
