Roshni Valibhai
Associate Solicitor
CorporateRoshni studied her LLB at Lancaster University and graduated in 2013 with First Class Honours. She then went on to complete her LLM Legal Practice Course in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Central Lancashire and graduated in 2016 with a Distinction. Having trained at Napthens LLP, Roshni qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Harrison Drury in 2024.
Roshni has acted for clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructures, general constitutional matters, and shareholder matters. She has particular experience acting for private limited companies, owner-managed businesses, and individual shareholders.
Outside of work you can find me…
Roshni enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys baking with her little boys, trying new places to eat and travelling.
