Commercial Dispute Resolution & Avoidance

Hannah qualified as a Solicitor in our Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in September 2023. Hannah commenced her career at Harrison Drury in September 2020 as a Paralegal in the Commercial Litigation team before starting her Training Contract in September 2021.

Hannah studied BA (Hons) Sociology at Edge Hill University where she graduated with a First Class Degree. In 2019, Hannah completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Central Lancashire, achieving a Distinction and The Law School Prize for Best Performance on her course. She concluded five years of full-time study with a Distinction in the LLM in Legal Practice in 2020.

Hannah has experience dealing with a variety of commercial disputes, including but not limited to shareholder disputes, defamation claims, professional negligence and contractual disputes. Hannah acts for both individuals and local businesses and adopts a pragmatic and commercial approach to resolving disputes.

Outside of work you can find me…

Hannah enjoys keeping fit at the gym, going for long walks and socialising with friends and family. Hannah especially enjoys being in the kitchen and trying out new recipes.

Additionally, Hannah has a passion for travelling and having visited 24 countries, her favourite trip was seeing the Big Five on Safari in the South African bush. This ignited Hannah’s love for wildlife photography.

Harrison Drury is ranked by both Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500, two leading independent guides to the UK’s top legal firms and solicitors.
