Land & Property Dispute ResolutionLucy qualified into the Land & Property Dispute Resolution team in March 2025, having joined Harrison Drury in 2022 as a paralegal. Before this, Lucy graduated with a first-class degree in Law from the University of Liverpool.
During her time at the firm, Lucy has had a wealth of experience in contentious property matters including:-

- boundary disputes.
Lucy is well-versed in both County Court and High Court procedure and has been commended by Mr Justice Constable for her ‘very competent’ hearing bundles.

Lucy ran the Kendal office’s 2024 charity initiative and was successful in raising over £2,400 for Carer Support South Lakes, aided mostly by a quite regrettable skydive. Lucy is a committee member of the Westmorland Law Society and enjoys her role in organising the regular networking events in Kendal, Cumbria.

Growing up in the Middle East has given Lucy an enthusiastic appetite for travel. She has previously backpacked around Australia and New Zealand; road-tripped on the Pacific Coast Highway, California; and safaried in South Africa.
Lucy follows the F1 and has attended Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. She will be heading out to Baku in September 2024 to catch another race in real-time. She still can’t decide between Mercedes and Ferrari, but is inclined to support Charles Leclerc regardless of team.
