Demand for specialist estate planning advice supports growth of private client team
Growing demand for specialist advice around inheritance, trust and estate planning matters has seen Harrison Drury’s private client team go from strength to strength.
Following recent recruitment, including the appointments of Donna Matthews and James Patterson in Lytham, our private client team in the North West has grown to 21 members, almost doubling in size since 2022.
Further recruitment is planned in the coming months to help the team support our clients on a wide range of estate planning matters, including work on complex wills and estates.
Clare Fleming, partner and head of the private client team, said: “Whether families, business owners, high-net-worth individuals, or owners of landed estates, we’re seeing a greater emphasis on people wanting that trusted, specialist advice.
“We’ve invested significantly in our people and infrastructure to give our clients the best expertise and highest possible service levels.
“We’re planning further appointments for our offices across the region to ensure we can continue giving our clients the advice they need to protect their financial and property interests for the future.”
The private client team offers a wide range of services for wills, inheritance and trusts, including specialist advice around lasting powers of attorney and complex Court of Protection cases.
The firm also has specialist contentious probate expertise to support clients where there are disputes over wills.
The private client team is represented across our regional offices in Preston, Garstang, Lancaster, Lytham, Kendal and Clitheroe.
