Our experience allows us to understand the intricacies of how clubs operate, the market they operate in, the challenges they face and the opportunities available to them. In turn, that ensures that our advisors can speak your language and that we are able to provide more informed advice, ultimately meaning we achieve better results.
Our advisors cover a broad range of matters, from the drafting and interpretation of constitutional documents, through to advising on permissions like Club Premises Certificates or Premises Licences, through to exploring or completing sales of part to raise funds.
