Kerry is an experienced property lawyer dealing with a range of Commercial Property matters, including leases, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and secured lending.

Kerry is keen to understand her client’s business needs and provides a personal and tailored approach while always focusing on her client’s key objectives. Kerry advises a wide range of clients including hoteliers, independent restaurants and tenant pubs.

Away from work, Kerry plays for Threlkeld Ladies Cricket Club and enjoys socialising over fine food and wine. Kerry is a busy mum of three and enjoys family adventures with the children and her border collie.
