Commercial PropertySophie studied law at the University of Leeds before working for a year at Herbert Smith Freehills in Melbourne Australia as a paralegal gaining experience in real estate and environment and planning. On return from travelling in August 2019, Sophie completed the LPC LLM (Masters) at the University of Law in Manchester, started her training contract in August 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2023.
Since qualification, Sophie has experience across a broad range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant transaction including the grant and surrender of lease and, acquisitions and disposals.
Outside of work you can find me…
Out of work, Sophie is also a professional dancer, magicians assistant and fire eater. Recent highlights include performing at the Blackpool Tower Circus, reaching the semi-finals at Britain’s Got Talent and performing at the half time show for the Miami Dolphins with the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders.
Sophie enjoys socialising with friends and family (especially with some cocktails), spending time in the gym and travelling abroad to explore new places.
