Harrison Drury’s private client team – which advises people across the North West on wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters – has appointed new regional leaders to further grow its support for clients.

Partner Clare Fleming, who heads up the private client team, will also assume the role of head of private client services for the Lancaster and Garstang offices.

The firm’s Preston and Lytham private client teams will be led by senior associate solicitor Charlotte Cooper, while Victoria Hill, also senior associate solicitor, will head up the private client offering at the firm’s Clitheroe office.

The firm’s contentious probate team, which advises people on wills, probate and inheritance disputes, will continue to be led by partner Ed Stanley.

Clare Fleming, partner at Harrison Drury, said: “As our private client team has continued to grow across the region over the last few years, we wanted to introduce dedicated leadership roles for our offices in the North West.

“This will create further opportunities to boost team numbers and grow our collective skills and experience. It also means we can continue providing a trusted, high-quality service for clients, as well as other professional firms, looking for support on wills, probate, trusts, and other estate planning matters.”

The private client team has 28 staff members across the firm’s regional offices.
