Harrison Drury has appointed new heads for our Clitheroe and Garstang offices to suppport plans to develop future leaders.

Senior associate solicitor Victoria Hill has been named head of our Clitheroe office, while Clare Davey, senior associate solicitor, and Holly Radcliffe, associate solicitor, will head the Garstang office.

The new branch leaders will focus on developing and managing relationships with the local professional community, as well as being champions for community initiatives – while continuing to advise clients.

Harrison Drury’s executive chairman, John Chesworth, said: “As we continue to develop leaders within the firm, it’s important that we champion our internal talent and allow them to grow into positions that will help our regional teams flourish.

“Since joining, Clare, Holly and Victoria have each demonstrated a keen drive to forge strong relationships with our people and clients and shown a strong interest in our local and business communities.”

“It’s been a pleasure to see each of them grow and progress their careers with us, and I look forward to seeing them develop and nurture our up-and-coming talent.

“Victoria is a private client lawyer who joined the firm in 2021. She provides expert advice on wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, deputy applications, tax planning and trusts. She will oversee a team of 24 at the Clitheroe office.”

Victoria said: “It’s a real honour to be chosen to be head of the Clitheroe office. Since opening in 2014 we have built a loyal client base in Clitheroe and the neighbouring towns, I look forward to continuing to support the firm’s growth in East Lancashire and serving the local community.”

Clare joined the firm is 2022 and works in the commercial property team. She specialises in a range of commercial property services including options, conditional sale agreements and leases as well as providing corporate support on company sales and commercial refinancing. Alongside Holly, she will oversee a team of eight at the Garstang office.

Clare said “I’m delighted to be leading our Garstang office with Holly. We are a small team who are extremely passionate about our community and proud to act for a range of local clients, including farming businesses, rural family estates and food production companies.”

Holly joined the firm in 2020 and also works for the private client team specialising in wills, lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates. Holly has particular expertise in advising farmers.

She adds: “As well as serving clients in the area, the Garstang team likes to engage with local causes through sponsorship, and volunteering – I’m excited to work with Clare and continue to strengthen our relationships in the community.”
