Harrison Drury advises Ellison Solicitors on strategic merger

Harrison Drury has advised South East-based Ellison Solicitors in a merger deal to strengthen its presence in the Suffolk region.

The merger, with local Ipswich firm Blockslegal LLP, came into effect at the start of April 2020, and sees Ellisons expanding its expertise across a range of service offerings as well as gaining a second office in the town.

Harrison Drury’s mergers and acquisition team lead by associate solicitor Jack Stephenson, was appointed by Ellisons to advise on the merge. The two firms have maintained a longstanding professional partnership.
