Harrison Drury has been awarded three prestigious industry accreditations in recognition of excellence in areas such as customer care and people development.
Harrison Drury, which has offices in Preston and Garstang, has successfully retained the Law Society’s Lexcel practice management standard. It is the fourth year running Harrison Drury has held Lexcel which is only awarded to law firms who meet the highest management and customer care standards.
The firm has also gained the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) as one of our accreditations, an independent quality mark that demonstrates good practice management standards in residential conveyancing.
Harrison Drury has also retained its Investors in People status. Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management standard and sets out a framework for best practice in developing employees. That is subject to review every 18 months.
Managing partner, John Chesworth, said: “For all three of these accreditations and awards we underwent rigorous assessments by independent inspectors, which were designed to make sure we meet the required standards of excellence.
“This demonstrates to our clients that they are getting the best possible service and highest standards at every stage of their involvement with us.”
The accreditations are indeed a fantastic leap forward for Harrison Drury who continue to progress in the world of law in a relatively short space of time.
