Harrison Drury has expanded its land and property dispute resolution team with the appointment of associate solicitor Amy Wagg.

Amy joins from Irwin Mitchell and will be based in our Kendal office.

She is experienced in handling a range of complex commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, including dilapidations claims, rent arrears recovery, lease renewals, possession proceedings, and forfeiture actions.

In addition, Amy has experience of a range of property contractual disputes and real property issues, such as boundaries and rights of way.

Amy also represents lenders, and her understanding of lender rights and enforcement options enables her to manage repossession proceedings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Ros Monk, partner in our land and property dispute resolution team, said: “We’re thrilled to have Amy joining our team. Her experience working with both landlords and tenants, and specialist knowledge of mortgage repossessions, make her a valuable addition to our team.”

“Her client-centred approach also fits perfectly with our commitment to delivering the best outcomes for our clients.”

Amy added: “Harrison Drury’s values and strong team spirit really caught my attention. I’m looking forward to being part of such a respected firm. The team deal with a wide range of property disputes and I can’t wait to get involved and to deliver an excellent service to our clients.”
