Roger Spence, head of our employment and HR team, said: “Katy is a talented solicitor with bags of experience in advising commercial clients.

“As well as helping clients to resolve often complex employment and HR matters, she will also help our clients take a more proactive approach to looking after their people and putting good HR management at the centre of their business growth plans.”

As part of her role, Katy will help clients take a more proactive approach to managing HR issues and employment law risks through the firm’s dedicated employer protection scheme HR Compass.

Katy added: “No two days are ever the same working in employment law and I love helping clients find positive solutions to the HR challenges that come with business growth.

“It was important for me to join a firm whose values closely align with my own and having met the team here, I knew quickly it would be a great fit. I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with our commercial clients and supporting them through their own business journeys.”
