Harrison Drury has appointed experienced property and corporate lawyer Naomi Fell.

Naomi joins Harrison Drury from Cumbria-based law firm Hayton Winkley where she was a director.

Naomi specialises in commercial property transactions, particularly for the development of land. Listed in the Legal 500, she also has specialist expertise in advising offshore companies on the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial properties, as well as acting on business sales and purchases and other corporate work.

Her appointment follows closely that of commercial property lawyer Karen Piontek.

Owen McKenna, partner and head of the commercial property team at Harrison Drury, said: “Our team has expanded as we continue to see improving levels of property transactions within the firm. To be able to attract someone with Naomi’s level of specialist property and corporate expertise is a real coup for us. Naomi is incredibly well connected across the North West, which will be of enormous benefit to the firm as we continue to grow.”

Naomi Fell added: “Harrison Drury is a dynamic law firm experiencing solid growth across Lancashire and the wider North West and I’m looking forward immensely to working with the team.”

Naomi qualified as a solicitor in 1982 and was made a partner at Hayton Winkley in 1996, later becoming a director when the firm incorporated. Prior to this she worked with Chester-based law firm Aaron and Partners.
