Harrison Drury has grown its commercial property team in Lancashire with the appointment of senior associate solicitor Lucy Benton.

Lucy, who joins our Preston office from Temple Heelis, will support clients on a broad range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions and disposals, and property finance matters.

In addition to this, Lucy has extensive knowledge of the hospitality and leisure sector, in particular working with hotels and hotel groups.

She is listed in the prestigious Legal 500 directory as a Rising Star and was also named Real Estate Rising Star of the Year at the publication’s Northern Powerhouse Awards 2024.

Lucy added: “I chose Harrison Drury because of its reputation as an ambitious firm with a strong commercial property team and exceptional client base. I’m looking forward to working with the team to help our clients achieve their goals.”
