OperationsApril-Jayne is the HR Manager at Harrison Drury, leading internal HR matters. She works in close partnership with the senior leadership team to support the firm in achieving its vision of providing its people with an optimal environment in which to work, a connected community where ambition is fulfilled and lives are enriched.
April-Jayne joined Harrison Drury in 2016 as a HR Administrator. She gained her post graduate CIPD qualification in 2017 from UCLAN, where some years earlier she had also completed a BSc in Business Information Systems and Employee Relations.
April-Jayne is an Associate member of the CIPD and has a passion for employee engagement, wellbeing activities and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Outside of work, April-Jayne enjoys dog walking in the local countryside, reading and spending time with friends and family.
