Ben Foulds

CorporateBen graduated with a First-Class degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire, where he also went on to complete his postgraduate Legal Practice Course, graduating with a Distinction.
During his time at university, Ben volunteered at the UCLan Law Clinic. He gained valuable practical experience working under qualified solicitors and providing advice to clients from the local community.
In 2022, Ben undertook the CMC Civil & Commercial Mediation Training Course, in which he learnt specialist mediator skills and alternative dispute resolution techniques.
Having commenced his training contract with the firm in September 2022, Ben chose to specialise in Corporate law and now works full time out of our Manchester office. Ben supports and advises clients on a range of corporate issues including M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating corporate documentation, and general corporate governance matters.
Outside of work you can find me…
Outside of the office, Ben has a passion for all sports particularly football and golf. In 2015, Ben lived and studied in North Carolina whilst pursuing a football scholarship in America. During his time at the University of Central Lancashire, Ben undertook the role of Chairman of the Football Club during his final year of study.
