Wills, Trusts and ProbateCharlotte qualified in 2007 and has held the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners specialist qualification since 2009. Charlotte specialises in working with families in their succession planning for family wealth. This may include family businesses, arrangements for vulnerable beneficiaries and assets outside the UK.
She specialises in advising on wills, trusts, powers of attorney for both personal and family affairs and court of protection proceedings. Working closely with the corporate team she advises on setting up Trust arrangements and Family Investment Companies.
Charlotte is often asked to assist in the administration of difficult estates with complex and fragile family relationships navigating these with expertise and empathy. Her clients often have complex array of assets both in the UK and abroad.

Outside of work, Charlotte is busy with her children in their varied interests and dog walking.
