Chloe Wishart

CorporateChloe joined Harrison Drury in 2021 and having trained at the firm, qualified in September 2023. Chloe attended Lancaster University to study her LLB in 2017 and then completed the LPC LLM at the University of Law in Manchester.
Chloe deals with all aspects of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and demergers and business structures and protection. Chloe leads on and assists with all aspects of a corporate transaction, including disclosure, due diligence and transaction management. Chloe acts for a variety of clients but the majority are SME’s and business owners.
Chloe sits in the Healthcare Sector group and with a family of pharmacists, Chloe often works in the pharmacy sector primarily with sales and purchases. Chloe’s knowledge and understanding of the sector means that she “speaks the language” during a pharmacy deal and uses her unique expertise to assist clients through the process.

Outside of work you can find me…
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her partner and their two cats Smokey and Carlos. Chloe enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym, hikes in the lakes, indoor climbing and paddleboarding (weather permitting).
