Gemma specialises in Property Law, in particular Commercial and Residential property.

Gemma deals with a range of Commercial Property matters including commercial leases, property refinancing, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and ancillary related Landlord and Tenant matters.

Gemma often assists her commercial clients with residential sales and purchases and property sales and purchases at auction.

Gemma has represented a wide range of clients including companies, individuals, lenders, developers and investors.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys keeping fit, outdoor activities, socialising and of course, a glass of wine (or two).

Gemma has been amazing throughout!

I wanted to thank you personally for helping to sell No. 34. This is the end of a very long 4 years of our lives. I’ve ticked a lot of items off my bucket list through the experience of building our own houses and selling them, however this has not been without it’s emotional and physical cost. Now that it is over I can breathe again and that is in part down to you and your team.
