Grace joined our Commercial team in March 2025. Grace completed her postgraduate Legal Practice Course, graduating with a Distinction in 2022. Grace also has her masters in Banking and Debt Finance.

Grace has a range of commercial experience including drafting compliance documentation, service agreements, social media influencer agreements and PR agency work. Grace also has a unique background in cryptocurrency.

In addition to her legal experience, Grace likes to build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that support long-term growth with a passion for both law and business development.

Outside of work you can find me…

Outside of her professional life, Grace previously taught golf in New York and enjoys golfing whenever she gets the chance as well as staying active.

Grace also likes many sports including football as a keen Manchester United supporter and also going to Lancashire cricket club to watch cricket. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, discovering the latest hot spots and unique venues around Manchester, always on the lookout for new places to enjoy and share with loved ones.
