Wills, Trusts and ProbateJames specialises in the administration of estates and trusts, estate planning (including gifting advice, the use of trusts and the preparation of wills), powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. He joined Harrison Drury in 2023, having qualified as a solicitor in 2009. In 2014, James was admitted as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), confirming his expertise in the specialist field of wills, estates and trusts.
James has always worked on the Fylde Coast and has built up a loyal following of clients. He is proud of the personal service that he provides to families, helping them to plan for the future or, following a bereavement or loss of capacity, sensitively providing advice and assistance to those affected.

In his spare time, James is a DIY enthusiast, has a keen interest in history and enjoys spending time with his young family.
