ConstructionJodene joined HD at the start of January 2025 as a Paralegal in Construction and has over 10years experience in Litigation, specialising in debt recovery and dispute resolution. Jodene has acted for all manner of clients, from private individuals to large international companies, advising on effective credit control, issuing formal demand letters, pre and post litigation negotiations, advising clients on the risks of litigation and assisting with legal proceedings up to and including enforcement action.

Outside work, Jodene enjoys family time with her husband and young son exploring the lakes – waterproofs at the ready!
