Laura Bradley

Commercial PropertyLaura joined the commercial property department at Harrison Drury in January 2018 following four years with Forbes Solicitors, where she qualified in 2015. Laura graduated from Newcastle University with B.A. Honours in History in 2009 and during this period discovered that she had a passion for law. She undertook the GDL conversion course at Northumbria University and then completed her LPC at the College of Law in Manchester.
Laura acts for a wide range of clients including individuals, companies, financial institutions, investors and universities.
Laura advises on a range of transactions including commercial sales and purchases, secured lending and auction sales. Laura also deals with commercial leases including lease surrenders and renewals acting for both Landlord and Tenant.
Laura is a member of the firm’s Leisure Team and has significant experience of dealing with matters for businesses in the sector, including advising landlords and tenants in respect of leases for bars, restaurants and gyms; and, dealing with secured lending relating to such as holiday lets.
Outside of work you can find me…
Laura enjoys keeping active in her spare time, representing a local league badminton club and is also a member of Bolton Golf Club.
