OperationsLaura is responsible for leading the firm’s operations division which requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence and strong leadership and management skills. The effective management of the business support functions at Harrison Drury see’s Laura collaborate across all legal service line teams and with our various stakeholders to ensure the business performs at its optimum level.
In this role, Laura oversees our People and Development, Learning and Development, Estate Management, Compliance and Central Business Support Teams, ensuring these teams deliver for the business, so we can deliver for our clients and communities, while ensuring that our values, culture and people remain at the heart of everything we do.
Having joined Harrison Drury is 2013, after a completing a Masters in Business Administration (MBA,) following a career in the NHS advising primary healthcare provider across Lancashire and Cumbria. Laura has continued to develop her practical leadership skills and knowledge of the legal sector in step with the firm’s significant growth which continues to present her with new learning opportunities.
Outside of work you can find me…
Laura enjoys being in the great outdoors with her husband walking their dog Louis, most of the walking routes chosen incorporate a good pub to indulge her love of great food and wine. Laura likes to keep fit and chooses CrossFit as her way to unwind from work and to challenge herself physically.
