Senior Associate Solicitor
LicensingSam graduated from Northumbria University and qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and joined Harrison Drury as Associate Solicitor in 2022.
Sam advises on all aspects of licensing matters involving the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment. She is experienced in dealing with a range of matters under the Licensing Act 2003, including applications to transfer, variations and new premises licence applications, as well as reviews, summary reviews and appeals.
Sam also advises in relation to commercial property work including acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, real estate finance and commercial leases.
Sam acts for a wide range of clients including individuals, companies, investors and lenders with an emphasis on businesses in the hospitality and tourism sector such as pubs, hotels and restaurants.
Outside of work you can find me…
Sam enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends and the dog. She likes camping with the family when the sun is shining and is always up for a new sporting challenge.
