Wendy joined Harrison Drury in March 2024.

Wendy has expertise in dealing with a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, reorganisations, and general corporate governance matters. She has acted for both buyers and sellers, management teams and private equity funds.

Outside of work you can find me…

In her spare time Wendy enjoys going hiking, especially, in the Lake District and the Peak District, attending music concerts, the theatre and European travel with an occasional trip further afield.
