Commercial PropertyWendy started her legal career with a local regional Firm and then moved to major City practices in Yorkshire before returning to Lancashire. Since her qualification in 1991, Wendy has obtained a variety of commercial property experience and has acted for a range of clients including small and medium sized companies; PLC’s; High net worth individuals; Breweries; Hauliers and Bus Companies, Charitable organisations; retailers, investors and financial institutions and is therefore able to assist a variety of clients with their commercial property needs
Wendy joined the Clitheroe office of Harrison Drury in October 2017 and been involved in its’ growth and development within Clitheroe and the Ribble Valley. Having started her legal career in the Lancashire area, Wendy has maintained over the years some excellent relationships with clients and referrers alike.
Her commercial property experience includes the acquisition and sales of commercial and industrial properties and Estates, options agreements; the grant and surrender of easements; retail lettings, investment purchases, corporate support, secured finance; advising on Landlord and Tenant transactions including the negotiation and completion of leases and lease renewals.
Outside of work you can find me…
Wendy, her Husband and son are passionate about sailing and spend most weekends sailing around the west coast of Scotland. When she is not on the water; Wendy enjoys ski-ing; foreign travel, cooking and long walks with the family’s golden retriever.
