Rebecca Mitchell-Smith

Solicitor

Wills, Trusts and Probate

Rebecca joined Harrison Drury in 2022 after working for another local firm for several years. Rebecca graduated from Lancaster University in 2011 with a first class honours LLB Law Degree and went on to study the Legal Practice Course part time whilst working as a full time legal secretary at a local firm. Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in November 2015.

Since qualifying, Rebecca has always worked in the Private Client area and specialises in all non-contentious matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection.

Outside of work you can find me…

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys her busy home life; spending time with her husband, two young children and dog. She enjoys travelling, reading and any excuse for a nice meal out!

Everything was always explained to us in great detail, and gave us plenty of time to take in and understand. Thanks Rachael.

Rebecca was extremely professional and a credit to Harrison Drury.

Under difficult circumstances, Rebecca made the process of dealing with my mothers estate easy for me. Kept me updated all the way. Never had to chase thing with her. She was extremely professional and a credit to Harrison Drury. Outsanding service, thank you!
