Wills, Trusts and ProbateScarlett joined Harrison Drury in April 2021 after training and working on the Fylde coast.
She graduated from Lancaster University in 2010 before completing her studies at The College of Law in Manchester and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015.
Scarlett has vast experience in assisting clients with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate applications, Court of Protection matters, estate management and tax planning.
Scarlett is a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly. Full Accredited Members (FAM) have achieved accredited status and are experienced in older client law.
Outside of work you can find me…
Outside of work Scarlett has a young family that keep her very busy, they can often be found out on walks with Molly their Springer Spaniel enjoying the countryside or the beach. When she gets peace away from her children, Scarlett enjoys eating out and reading.
