To deliver projects it is also often necessary to deal with opposition by way of third party rights and obtain vacant possession of land and we work closely with our property litigation team to proactively advise on commercial tactics to avoid issues before they arise.
We also assist on the construction elements for renewables projects as well as providing corporate advice on incorporation, joint venture agreements, company mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements which are a common feature of these projects.
Habitats and Natural Resources
Regulations and the planning process play an essential role in the conservation of nature, habitats and the environment but developers and investors are also striving to become more environmentally responsible. We work closely with property developers and investors to assist with agreements and contracts dealing with the following:
- Woodland management
- Conservation covenants
- Rewilding
- Bio-diversity offsetting and net gain re loss or degradation of habitat
- Minerals neutrality
- Mines and minerals (including regeneration, aftercare and land use change)
To deliver projects it is also often necessary to deal with issues with third party rights land and we work closely with our property litigation team to proactively advise on commercial tactics to avoid issues before they arise.
