Our team is experienced in using a variety of ADR methods, including without prejudice meetings and mediations, whether in person or remotely, via conference call, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

We are as transparent as possible about the time and costs of ADR, comparing these to the disruption and expense of litigation, all to help you reach your desired resolution.

Negotiation – We are skilled in engaging in out of court discussions with our opponents on a “without prejudice” basis, whether by telephone, email, letter or in person.
Mediation – We have links with specialist mediators (an independent third party), who we are able to engage, with the agreement of your opponent, to assist in brokering a resolution.
Arbitration – We are able to guide your business through this alternative to the court process, which is specified as the dispute resolution procedure to be used by the parties in some cases, for example, in certain clauses in written contracts.
Adjudication – We have experience of assisting our clients with this process where both parties appoint an expert to consider the evidence and arguments of both sides and make a determination to resolve the dispute.
